Registration of the User on the Site is mandatory. The User agrees and undertakes at all times to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and user id, and shall be fully responsible for all activities that occur by use of such password or user id. Further, the User agrees not to use any other party's user ID and Password for any purpose whatsoever without proper authorization from such party. User is responsible for the security of User's password and for all transactions undertaken using User's password through our service. User confirms that he/she is the authorized holder of the credit card or the original account holder used in the transactions under this Site. The User also agrees and undertakes to immediately notify Mayaoverseas Ventures of any unauthorized use of the User's password or user ID and to ensure that the User logs off at the end of each session at the site or any other breach of security. If the User provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or FalconMusk has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, FalconMusk shall have a right to suspend or terminate User's registration and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site. Furthermore, the User grants FalconMusk the right to disclose to third parties and the Merchant the Registration Data to the extent necessary for the purpose of delivery of Products.

When using removable storage such as SSD, use a USB hub or similar device to connect the SSD and charge the android device at the same time.
When removing storage device such as an SSD, be sure to select "Eject" from the settings menu in android to prevent data corruption.
Private keys are not stored in this application or transmitted outside the application.
This application is not responsible for any mosaic theft or other damage caused by the leakage of private keys.
FalconMusk reserves the right to suspend, cancel, discontinue or make modifications and alterations in any Product descriptions or other content displayed on the Site at any time without notice.
You will be responsible for all activities occurring under your name and account and for keeping your password secure and for maintaining its confidentiality and will immediately notify FalconMusk of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security known to you.

FalconMusk reserves its right to refuse service, restrict, suspend, terminate your Account; terminate this agreement; terminate or suspend your access to the Sites; move, or remove any Product that is available on the Site; deactivate or delete your accounts and all related information and files in your account; establish general practices and limits concerning use of this Site at any time, in its sole discretion with or without cause, and with or without any prior notice for any violation of the Terms of Use. Upon such termination or suspension, your right to use the Site will immediately cease, the data stored by you in your Account shall cease to be available to you and FalconMusk shall not be obliged to provide you the same for any reason whatsoever.
None of the provisions of this agreement, terms and conditions, notices or the right to use the Site by the User contained herein or any other section or pages of the Site and/or the linked sites, shall be deemed to constitute a partnership between the User and FalconMusk and no party shall have any authority to bind or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other in any way.
FalconMusk reserves the right to communicate with Users regarding this Site, User's use of the Site or any Product purchased by User on this Site. You hereby agree and consent to receive messages from FalconMusk from time to time in relation to any new deals or in relation to the purchase of product by the User irrespective of your registration for Do Not Disturb/Call as per TRAI regulations.
FalconMusk shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay, to access the Site irrespective of the cause. FalconMusk shall also not be liable in case such interruption or delay in accessing the Site or any failure or delay in delivery of product is due to any element of nature or Act of God, fire, flood, earthquake, war, explosion, acts of terrorism, governmental action, riots, insurrection, breakdown of internet connection, power failure, strikes or labour disputes
This Terms of Use shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Chandigarh.
FalconMusk is not liable for any infringement of copyright arising out of materials posted on or transmitted through the Site, or items advertised on the Site, by end users or any other third parties. Our policy is to comply with all intellectual property laws and to act expeditiously upon receiving any notice of claimed infringement.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
